3. Refund Policy We follow a no-refund policy for all our digital courses, training programs, and services unless:

Duplicate Transaction: If you were charged twice for the same course, we will refund the duplicate amount.
Technical Payment Failure: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account without confirmation of enrollment, we will verify and process a refund.
Service Non-Delivery: If we are unable to provide the enrolled service due to technical or operational reasons, we will issue a refund upon review.

Completed training sessions or used services.
Failure to attend a live session after successful registration.
User dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g., course difficulty, teaching style).

6. Payment Disputes
If you encounter a payment dispute with your bank or Razorpay, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
